Add an arbitration clause to your agreement(s) to use GLOBAL ARBITRATION & MEDIATION SERVICES, INC. ( "GAMS")  as your preferred forum to settle disputes avoiding costly litigation and court time. 

Once you include the GAMS Arbitration Clause in a validly executed agreement and make a valid claim with GLOBAL ARBITATION & MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., based on the response from said Respondent(s) your GAMS Arbitrator(s) has the ability to make a formal decision on your claim based on the claim, evidence presented to your GAMS Arbitrator(s) assuming among other things proper filing and notice have been made. 

SAMPLE GAMS ARBITRATION CLAUSE

Any claim, dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to this agremeent, or the breach, termination or invalidty thereof, shall be settled by arbitation administered by Global Arbitation & Mediation Services, Inc's Online Digital Arbitration (www.gamservices) in accordance with its Online Digital Commercial Arbitration Rules effective at the time a claim is made, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.  Arbitrators shall be appointed by Global Aribtration & Mediation Services, Inc. The place of arbitration shall be New York, New York and any hearing shall be held via Global Arbitration & Mediation Services, Inc. Online Digital Platform or telephone conference.  The parties agree that no objection will be filed based on the fact that such hearing was held on Global Arbitration & Mediation Services, Inc. Online Digital Platform or teleconference.   All parties to this agreement consent to service of process and legal notices made by First Class or Priority Mail delivered by United States Postal Service and addressed to the Contact Address set forth on the first page of this agreement.
